REACT SUPPORTS ACCRA REHABILITATION CENTRE’S INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT WITH CLOSE-COUPLED TOILETS

REACT on 1st February 2021 donated three coupled-toilets towards the infrastructure projects of the Accra Rehabilitation Centre. The toilets

which were a response to the centre’s request for support towards uplifting the deplorable infrastructural conditions were shipped and delivered

free by Ofie-Direct, a leading UK’s door-to-door shipping company https://ofiedirect.com/

REACT’s CEO Prince Osei Akowuah said the support was necessary after his frequent visits to the Centre and witnessed the deplorable

conditions of basic infrastructures such as washrooms given the Centre’s student population. Prince said the support falls in line with REACT’s

commitment to remove all stumbling blocks to make education easily accessible to disabled children. Prince promised REACT’s continued

collaboration with the Centre to uplift the quality of education offered to students.

The Centre manager Mr. Seth Dzidzonu thanked REACT for their support and expressed hope that the items will be of invaluable help to

the students. Mr. Dzidzonu urged other organizations to emulate REACT’s gesture to help rebuild the Centre to be able to offer the necessary

support to those in need.
