As part of REACT’s ongoing Book Support Scheme, the  Asomase District Assembly Basic school has taken delivery of their share of the support. The school which is in the Ellembelle District of the Western region of Ghana received a variety of books including reading, activities,  Mathematics and English.

The resident Minister of the Church of Pentecost Pastor Isaiah Coker Yankson who made the request presented the books to the pupils and staff on behalf of REACT said he hopes the books will be great reading materials that will equip the children to react to the educational needs in their community and Ghana as a whole.

Receiving the donation, the headteacher of the school, Mr. Aboagye Francis thanked REACT and its partners for the donation and assured REACT that the books will be looked after and put to good use.
